Job summary

Talent Recruit in Malaysia is seeking a QC/QA Manager based in Rawang to lead quality assurance across plastic injection moulding and engineering operations. You will design and implement robust Quality Control procedures, set productivity goals, and drive continuous improvement.

You will act as QMR and EHS Representative, ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 compliance, coordinate audits, train a high-performing team, and manage budgets and resources to uphold top-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a plastic injection moulding or engineering environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, independent mindset with a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to be based in Rawang.
