Job summary

FEPA in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor (Manufacturing) to lead daily QC activities and ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. You will supervise QC inspectors, coordinate testing, review reports, drive RCA and CAPA, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues.

ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement are key. The role requires a diploma/degree in a Quality-related field and at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of QC inspection methods, quality standards, and documentation.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily QC inspection and testing activities.
• Lead and manage QC Inspectors/Technicians, including work allocation and performance monitoring.

• Support internal, customer, and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable ISO 9001 requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduction of defects, rejection, and customer complaints.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to QC team members.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.
