Job summary

LB Aluminium Berhad in Semenyih, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer requirements and adhere to management specifications for shape, design, hardness and dimensions.

You will inspect and produce results from tested data, analyse improvements, implement processes, and make final decisions on extruded and anodized products. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, leadership, and shift flexibility; safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM with credit in Mathematics and Science.
Diploma holder in Mechanical or Materials (1–2 years experience).
Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
Good analytical abilities and leadership.
Able to work on shift rotation when required.

Responsibilities

Inspect product's quality to meet customer requirement.
To ensure product must be following management specification including quality. Shape, design, hardness and dimension.
To ensure and allow only quality products to be sent to customer.
Responsible for inspection and to produce result from data after analyst test.
To analyze improvement and process implementation.
To execute final decision on extruded and anodized products.
To absorb technical knowledge in order for self-improvement and job efficiency.
To enforce regulations, self-discipline and high morale.
To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company's safety & health rules and regulations.
To execute any instruction given from time to time.
