Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM or Technical Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of QC inspection experience.
• Experience in QC, preferably in EP or CNC environment.
• Able to read, write and speak English and Malay.
• Attention to detail to catch defects.
• Able to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
• Able to perform in-process and final inspections for EP and CNC parts.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes.
• Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met.
• Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation.
• May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.
• May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.
• Any other task assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Quality Control, preferably in Electropolishing (EP) or CNC machining environment
• Able to understand, write and speak in English and Malay.
• Attention to detail to catch defects.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
