Job summary

SysMac is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform thorough inspections of e-cabinet components, ensure conformance to drawings and work Instructions, and generate QC reports. The role involves cross-functional liaison to resolve production quality issues and daily 5S/ESD checks with a focus on improving product quality.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in metal parts QC, be organized, and able to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• SPM/SPMV or SKM in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year QC experience in a metal parts manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of surface finish requirements and good measuring in fabrication parts, fixtures, and jigs.
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and organized.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• ISO 9001 auditing experience.
• Ability to communicate simple English cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Must pass SPM/SPM(V) / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia" (SKM) in Engineering and above.
• Min. 1 year QC experience in a metal parts manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of surface finish requirements, and good measuring in fabrication parts, fixtures, and jigs is preferred.
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and organized.
• Use basic measuring instruments and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• ISO 9001 or similar quality system auditing experience.
• Ability to communicate simple English cross-functionally.
