You will help ensure products meet our strict quality standards, identify defects, and maintain quality records. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to 5S and safety, and collaboration with production. The ideal candidate has QC or inspection experience and is capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and verify quantity and condition.
• Record inspection results accurately.
• Perform in-process inspections and identify defects or abnormalities.
• Conduct final inspection of finished goods before delivery.
• Verify packing and ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Segregate NG parts and report quality issues.
• Support sorting activities when required.
• Maintain inspection reports and traceability records.
• Use approved limit samples and inspection standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join the manufacturing team at Yolo Tech Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Pekan Nanas, Johor. As a QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your work will be essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and protecting customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in identifying defects, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and verify quantity and product condition.
• Record incoming inspection results accurately.
• Perform in-process inspections and identify defects or abnormalities.
• Conduct final inspection of finished goods before delivery.
• Verify packing and ensure products meet customer requirements.
