Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect and test products per procedures, maintain quality records, and ensure ISO compliance. You will use calipers to verify dimensions and report pass/fail results.

The role requires knowledge of IPQC, ISO standards, and basic quality tools, with strong project management and multilingual communication (Mandarin, English, Malay).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products in accordance with established procedures.

• Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team.
• Provide timely feedback on rejections to superiors.

-Responsible for inspecting and testing products in accordance with established procedures.

-Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.

-Able to use caliper

-Effective and efficient distribution, control, record, and update of documentation according to the ISO standards.

-Work with the production/sales department on quality issues and customer feedback.

-Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty).

-To feedback immediately on any rejection found during inspection to the superior.

-To work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs.

-Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective actions and preventive actions to effect continual improvement.

-Using caliper to measure the dimension of the product and determine whether pass or not.

Job Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least have knowledge in Supply Chain Management /Quality Management/Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering

-Understanding of IPQC processes, familiarity with ISO standards, basic quality tools, strong project management skills

-Positive attitude to learn

-Able to work under pressure

-Required languages : Mandarin, English, Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

-Able to work independently

-Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

-Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
