Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform IQC, IPQC and OQC inspections, ensuring materials and finished products meet specifications and ISO 9001 requirements. You will document results, review nonconformities, and coordinate with suppliers and SQE for quality issues.
The role supports manufacturing operations by monitoring process parameters, identifying nonconformities, and assisting in CAPA and root cause analysis.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing inspection, testing, and verification activities to ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. The role supports manufacturing operations by identifying nonconformities, assisting in root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and company procedures.
Perform visual and functional inspection of incoming materials and components.
Verify materials against specifications, drawings, and approved samples.
Record inspection results and maintain proper documentation.
Review the disposition for rejected materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and SQE for quality issues.
Monitor critical process parameters and quality checkpoints.
Identify and segregate nonconforming products.
Support containment and corrective actions to address quality issue.
Perform final inspection before shipment.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and packaging requirements.
Verify labeling, documentation, traceability and inspection record.
Maintain inspection records accurately and timely.
Update quality data, checklists, and inspection reports.
Support data collection for quality analysis (yield, defect trends, close loop of corrective actions.).
Assist in root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure safety and ESD control requirements in Production
SPM / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing quality control (preferred).
Familiar with electronic components and PCBA inspection.
Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 preferred).
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system.
Able to read drawings, BOM, and specifications.
Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
