Job summary

Pioneer Coachbuilders Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Quality Assurance professional to join our bus body fabrication team. You will ensure products meet legal requirements and company policies, and you will analyze quality performance with cross-functional teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent is preferred, and willingness to work in Telok Gong/Port Klang with own transport is required. Automotive knowledge is an advantage.

• Liaise with customers on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc. and address corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide accurate, reliable quality data to other departments by conducting tests/inspections.
• Work with other departments to fulfill customer product quality requirements.
• Responsible for quality improvement and maintenance management.
• Resolve quality-related issues and meet deadlines.
• Engage in cost reduction activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure products meeting legal requirement, all company policy and procedures

- Analyze, recommend, and communicate product quality performance to related parties effectively

- To liaise with customer on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc in addressing corrective/preventive action for continuous improvement and satisfy customer.

- To provide accurate, reliable and prompt quality data to other department team member by conducting tests/inspections on product.

- To work closely with other department team member on the product quality performance and ensure that all the customer product quality requirements are fulfilled.

- Responsible for quality improvement and maintenance management

- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines

- Responsible for cost reduction activities
