Job summary

Pioneer Coachbuilders Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Quality Assurance professional to join our bus body fabrication team. You will ensure products meet legal requirements and company policies, and you will analyze quality performance with cross-functional teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent is preferred, and willingness to work in Telok Gong/Port Klang with own transport is required. Automotive knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's/Professional degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang and possess own transport.
Automotive knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure products meet legal requirements and company policies.
Analyze, communicate product quality performance to related parties.
Liaise with customers on specifications, complaints, quality problems, etc. and address corrective/preventive actions.
Provide accurate, reliable quality data to other departments by conducting tests/inspections.
Work with other departments to fulfill customer product quality requirements.
Responsible for quality improvement and maintenance management.
Resolve quality-related issues and meet deadlines.
Engage in cost reduction activities.
