Job summary

CARSOME SDN BHD is seeking an Executive, Quality Control to ensure quality across incoming and outgoing materials and products. You will verify procedures and inspect processes to uphold our standards, enabling customers to enjoy our merchandise.

You should bring an eye for detail and reliability. Knowledge of automotive quality processes and the ability to communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge or experience required.
• Body & Paint knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge about car parts pricing and labour costs is advantageous.
• Driving license is mandatory.
• Able to communicate well and follow instructions.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Willing to relocate within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Verify dealer complaints related to engine, transmission, mechanical or electrical issues.
• Negotiate and discuss car issues with dealers.
• Troubleshoot and handle repairs needed for cars.
• Perform final car inspection before handing over to dealers.

About you

We are looking for an Executive, Quality Control who will be a firm advocate of quality in our business, making our customers enjoy our merchandise so that our company can achieve long-term success. Your duties will include verification of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as inspection of procedures.

You should possess a trained eye for detail, be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and excellent comprehension of quality standards are also required.

Your Day-to-Day

• To verify any dealer complaint technical issue (Engine, transmission problem, mechanical or electrical issue)
• Negotiate and discuss with our dealer regarding car issue
• To troubleshoot and handle repairs for cars that need to be repaired.
• Do the last car inspection before handling the car to dealers.

Your Know How

• To have Automotive background or experience
• Body & Paint basic knowledge, car accident check is advantage
• Possess knowledge about car part price and labour cost is advantage
• Driving license is mandatory requirement
• Able to communicate well and follow instruction
• Able to work on public holiday and weekend
• Able to relocate within Klang Valley area
