Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Business Admin, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 certifications desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in QA in higher education; 2+ years health & safety leadership.
• Experience with MQA and SETARA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance documentation for MQA, SETARA, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
• Lead internal audits and quality reviews; drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching, operations and safety.
• Deliver training on quality, health & safety and compliance.
• Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
