Job summary

Sunshine Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC/QA professional to conduct quality checks on materials, processes and finished goods. You will ensure conformance to standards, perform inspections, and help document results. Collaboration with production and audits support is expected.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic QC knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and quality conscious.
• Basic knowledge in QC / QA processes.
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Able to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks for raw materials, production processes and finished products.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform product testing and inspection according to QC procedures.
• Identify defects or quality issues and report them to superiors.
• Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation properly.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality consistency.
• Collaborate with production team to improve product quality.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Ensure workplace complies with quality control and safety procedures.
• Assist during audits (e.g., SIRIM) and maintain QC area cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
