The role requires 3+ years in QA, HACCP, GMP, and export documentation; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in QA, food safety and manufacturing.
• Experience with frozen bakery, pastry and ready-to-bake/ready-to-eat products.
• Hands-on knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
• Experience handling food safety and quality certification processes, including external audits.
• Export regulatory compliance and documentation for international markets.
• Knowledge of Veterinary Health Mark (VHM) requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent work with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain the Quality & Food Safety Management System (QFSMS).
• Manage internal and external audits, certification activities, customer audits, and supplier programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, customer, export, and VHM requirements.
• Handle export documentation, regulatory compliance matters, and customer technical requirements for overseas markets.
• Supervise quality control inspections, laboratory testing, and verification activities.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct training on food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management Systems, and food manufacturing. Experience in frozen bakery, pastry, and ready-to-bake/ready-to-eat food products will be an added advantage.

Hands-on knowledge of:

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

Experience in handling food safety and quality certification processes, including external audits.

Experience in managing export regulatory requirements, including documentation, compliance, and customer technical requirements for international markets.

Knowledge of Veterinary Health Mark (VHM) requirements and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and cross functional departments.

Key Responsibilities
