Job summary

Kampong Kravers (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA/QC leader to drive food safety and quality across facilities. You will ensure compliance with HACCP, Halal and GMP standards, oversee inspections, testing, sanitation, pest control and supplier quality.

You will collaborate with R&D to verify ingredients and packaging labels, conduct outlet audits, and lead the QA/QC team with hands-on training in best practices. Experience in audits and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have seven years of QA/QC experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, Halal, food safety regulations, auditing and documentation.
• GMP, ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 qualifications are an advantage.
