Job summary

KAYA RASA SDN. BHD.

is seeking a team member to assist in formulating and implementing quality management strategies, plans and policies, with a focus on food safety and quality assurance across all operations. You will assist in planning and maintaining the quality and food safety management system, collect and analyze data, train staff, and support audits and certifications, coordinating internal and external information related to product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating the company's quality management strategies, plans and policies; put forward improvement plans and suggestions for the company's quality management
• Assist in planning the company's quality and food safety management system; maintain and supervise the operation of the company's quality and food safety management system
• Be responsible for the collection, transmission, analysis and handling of internal and external information related to food quality and safety
• Plan the work of the system team, provide quality-related training for team members, and supervise and inspect their daily work
• Assist the Quality Manager in establishing the company's complaint handling and response system
• Be responsible for organizing product mock traceability and recall activities of the company
• Plan the work of disinfection and pest control service providers as well as internal pest management
• Be responsible for the compliance assessment and review of product packaging and labels at home and abroad
• Assist the Quality Manager in organizing the certification and audit work related to the company's quality and food safety management system
• Be responsible for the reception and coordination of customer audits and third-party organization audits
