Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer who can communicate in English and Chinese to ensure product and service quality. You will establish standards, review procedures, and perform root cause analysis, driving corrective actions with production and QA teams.

You will oversee RMA processes, analyze data, and maintain strong customer relations to achieve high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related role.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Establish and update service and product quality standards based on customer requirements and factory capabilities.
• Review quality control procedures to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues post-sale or during service.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee RMA processes and track rework timelines.
• Analyze RMA data to identify trends and reduce future returns.
• Maintain relationships with customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor service quality KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement improvement initiatives based on feedback to exceed expectations.
• Support documentation, audits, and third-party certifications.

Quality Assurance Engineer- Chinese Speaking (Penang, Malaysia)

Your main role is to:

• Establish and update service and product quality standards based on customer requirements and factory capabilities.
• Regularly review and assess quality control procedures to ensure alignment with company and customer quality expectations.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality issues that arise post-sale or during service.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Oversee RMA processes, ensuring that returns are efficiently handled according to customer and company guidelines, also track the RMA rework working order can be finished in time.
• Track and analyze RMA data to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce future returns.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring that their quality concerns are addressed promptly and that all RMA processes, Customer complaint and 8D reports lead to satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor service quality KPIs (e.g., RMA rate, complaint resolution time, Customer satisfaction) to enhance customer satisfaction continuously.
• Implement improvement initiatives based on feedback to exceed customer expectations in product and service quality.
• Support documentation needs, process audit and system audit for customer audits or third-party certifications.

Who are we looking for?

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 year's experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent Communication in both English and Chinese.
• Experience in the Electronics industry will be specially considered.
