Job summary

MatrixMax Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to conduct tests, implement random checks, and oversee batch sampling to verify product quality.

You will coordinate raw materials and finished goods, review and approve QA documents such as SOPs, manuals, and reports, and collect data on quality indicators. You will partner with production, engineering, customer service and other departments to address quality issues, plus any ad hoc tasks as required.

Job description

Requirements:
Conduct tests to verify quality, including random checks and batch sampling.
Coordinate raw material and finish good.
Oversee the creation, review, and approval of QA-related documents, including SOPs, manuals, and reports.
Collect data on product quality and other quality indicators
Work closely with production, engineering, customer service, and other departments to address quality issues.
To commit other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
