Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company quality policies, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in inspection and testing activities to verify product quality before delivery.
• Help monitor and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist in identifying quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA systems and assigned areas.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to QA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
