Job summary

UFM TRADING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a QC/QA professional in Kuala Lumpur with a Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent. The role involves maintaining product quality, monitoring machinery, and addressing quality issues for management review.

The successful candidate will perform QC on incoming stock and processing areas, manage complaints, and assist with HALAL/HACCP applications and audits. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply, and immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology/Food Service or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience preferred; fresh graduates with interest and related certifications are welcome.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Essential skills: Microsoft Office, QA, Production, HALAL, HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Standby reports on product quality, machinery condition, and related issues for management.
• QC for new arrival stock and processing area.
• Handle and follow up complaints.
• Assist with JAKIM HALAL & HACCP applications and audits.
• Liaise with government officers during factory audits.
