Job summary

BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Quality & QMS Lead Auditor to drive internal and supplier/customer audits, manage CAPA and risk, and ensure ISO 9001 and related standards are maintained. You will liaise with top management and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin interaction capability, and a track record in manufacturing quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Material or Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of quality management/quality assurance experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred for client interactions.
• Lead Auditor certifications highly preferred (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Experience with ISO 9001, internal/external audits, CAPA, risk management, and document control.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in customer audits and internal audits.
• Review and distribute external audit assessments to involved internal teams and ensure timely completion.
• Arrange internal QMS audits to ensure practices comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align customer audit checklist inquiries.
• Drive improvements on audit findings in collaboration with all departments.
• Act as Management Representative for the QMS and liaison with top management, customers, certification bodies, and auditors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance relating to environmental restricted substances and product safety certification.

Job description

• Lead in customer audit and internal audit.
• Review and distribute the external audit assessment to all the involved internal team members and ensure the audit assessment completed in timely manner.
• Arrange an internal QMS audit to ensure actual practise are compliance with the regulatory & customer requirements.
• Work closely with all the internal department & customer to align the customer audit checklist inquiry.
• Collaborate with all the internal department team to drive the improvement on the audit findings.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Support all others South east asia manufacturing site QMS such as Balam.
• Act as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the primary liaison between top management, employees, customers, certification bodies, and external auditors on QMS-related matters.
• Ensure product regulatory compliance are well manage such as environmental restricted substance & product safety certification.
• Minimum Degree in Material or Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent and demonstrated experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or QMS, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
• Good communication skill and presentation skills
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Professional certification such as Lead Auditor / ISO 9001/ISO 13485/AS9100/IATF 16949/ Quality Management is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in ISO 9001, internal/external audits, CAPA, risk management, document control, and continuous improvement.
