Job summary

BizLink Interconnect Technology (India) Private Limited is seeking a document control/quality professional in Malaysia to support regulatory compliance and revision control across QMS documents. You will work with R&D, QA, Sourcing, and other departments and participate in both customer and internal audits.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and training on document control, with a preference for Mandarin fluency to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Materials or Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality or document control preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Participates in customer audits and internal audits.
• Collaborates with R&D, PE, Sourcing/Buyer, and QA to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensures QMS documents are revision controlled across all departments.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives with emphasis on audits for full compliance.
• Provides training on document control awareness to BizLinkers.
• Reviews linkages between 3rd & 4th level documents and related procedures.
• Coordinates control for document registration by Doc Con.
• Performs regular internal audits to verify document vs practice alignment with regulatory requirements.

Job description

• Participates in customer audits and internal audits.
• Work with customers, R&D, PE, Sourcing/Buyer, and QA team to ensure the product are compliance to regulatory.
• Work with all internal departments to collaborate to ensure all QMS documents are revision controlled.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, and place strong emphasis on internal audits to ensure full compliance with the QMS.
• Provide training to all BizLinkers on awareness in Document Control.
• Work with all internal departments to review and align the linkage between 3rd & 4th level document to its related 2nd level procedures.
• Fully coordinate the control for all document registration by Doc Con, except Engineering Documents.
• Perform regular internal audits to verify document vs actual practice compliance, referring to regulatory & customer requirements.
• Minimum Degree in Materials or Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent, and demonstrated experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the quality or document control field is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Having a basic understanding of product regulatory requirements (UL, RoHS, REACH, etc.) is preferred.
