Job summary

• 1–2 years of experience in quality or document control.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 1. To coordinate and lead in all Quality Management System (QMS)
• 2. To ensure product build compliance to company certified documented QMS and regulatory.
• 3. Collaborate with internal team to ensure company plant wide operations comply with company certified QMS.
• 4. Act as advisor and decision-making pertaining to QMS and statutory related issues in product shipment noncompliance.
• 5. To ensure plant wide documentation is standardized accordingly to documented QMS.
• 6. Coordinate and lead the external audit and internal audit.

Requirement:

• 1. Good communication skill and presentation skills.
• 2. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3. Having basic understanding on the product regulatory (UL, RoHs, REACH etc.) are preferred.
• 4. Understand on the document control for QMS.
• 5. Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in quality or document control field is preferred
