Job summary

Geotechnical Alliance Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a QS Executive to support the Procurement Manager with cost control and budgeting for ongoing projects. The role requires accuracy in measurements, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams.

You will take-off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities, monitor costs and variations, and assist with monthly cost reports and final cost close-out to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Able to read drawings and do measurement accurately.
• Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site and under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
