Job summary

IOB Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Management System Executive to implement, maintain and continually improve the QMS at the factory, with a focus on ISO 9001. The role acts as the factory-level QMS representative and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure compliance and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities include supporting audits, maintaining procedures and quality records, monitoring KPIs, and driving corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science.
• Level 1: Fresh graduate to 1 year; internship exposure is an advantage.
• Level 2: 1–3 years’ experience in QMS/Quality/Manufacturing.
• Level 3: 3–5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Basic to good knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal audit principles.
• Manufacturing, engineering or control-panel industry experience is an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Word & Excel and Canva.

• Maintain controlled procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms and quality records.
• Coordinate and support internal, certification, customer and surveillance audits.
• Follow up nonconformities, corrective actions and effectiveness verification.
• Support risk and opportunity assessment and continual improvement activities.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic QMS reports.
• Coordinate QMS awareness and relevant training activities.
• Work closely with Production, Design, Project, Procurement, Store, Testing and other departments.
• Support QMS readiness and implementation for organization expansion.
• Progressively support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 activities.

Job description

To support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at the assigned factory, with primary focus on ISO 9001.
