Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality-focused roles.
• Knowledge of CMM measurement and programming is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English with good writing skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 14000 is advantageous.
• Proficient in FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP.

Aufgaben

• Align documented processes with actual operations through audits and data reviews.
• Review audits and reports; publish findings on excursions.
• Monitor quality metrics health across the company.
• Prepare internal and external audit readiness for QMS.
• Set up the annual audit plan and drive CAPA tracking.
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses for improvements.
• Review documents periodically and maintain CAPA reviews.
• Analyze effectiveness of CAPA implementations.

About the Role

An QMS Engineer is responsible to manage the certification and compliance of ISO/AS Quality Management System in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engages with Operations Quality to keep in sync documented processes vs actual process/practice.
• Review, analyze through audits, line walk, data acquisition and publishes report on any excursions.
• Monitor the health of Quality Metrics of the company.
• Responsible for Audit preparation and compliance on QMS from Internal and External Auditors.
• Setup Annual Audit Plan.
• Analyze strength and weakness for propagation or improvement.
• Initiate periodic review of documents.
• Maintain CAPA look-across.
• Analyze effectiveness of CAPA.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality-focused role, such as quality engineering, process improvement, or supplier quality management.
• Knowledge in CMM measurement and programming is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Team player and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 14000 would be an advantage.
• Proficient in FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP.
• Fluent in writing and communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
