Job summary

Linktel Technologies in Penang is seeking a Quality Management System professional to establish, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant QMS, coordinating internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or QA and 3-5 years EMS experience, with strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills, including Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing Quality System, Quality Assurance, or related roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, TUV, UL, RoHS, and related compliance requirements.
• Experience in internal/external audits, document control, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control systems, including creation, review, revision, and control of quality procedures, work instructions, and related documents.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO, TUV, UL, and RoHS certification audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of audit findings.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement.
• Train and support Document Control Center (DCC) personnel to ensure effective document management practices.
• Monitor quality system performance, prepare quality reports, and support weekly/monthly quality review meetings.
• Review and improve quality processes, systems, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Support regulatory and customer requirements related to quality management systems.

Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, TUV, UL, RoHS, and related compliance requirements.

Experience in internal/external audits, document control, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in maintaining quality standards.

Ability to lead discussions, conduct audits, and influence continuous improvement initiatives.
