BLOXWICH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a QMS Engineer/Executive in Seri Iskandar, Perak to develop, implement and maintain quality management systems ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Plan and lead internal audits, coordinate customer audits, and manage supplier audits.
• Manage SOPs, quality manuals, ECOs and system records.
• Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Track KPIs, support lean/Six Sigma, and train staff on quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

About the role

We are seeking a QMS Engineer / Executive to join BLOXWICH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Seri Iskandar, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality management and compliance framework of our operations. As a QMS Engineer / Executive, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems that drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organisation. This position bridges the gap between technical quality assurance and strategic business objectives, making it essential to our ongoing success and reputation in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and manage quality documentation, records and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures, compliance requirements and best practices
• Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory bodies to address quality concerns and non-conformances
• Monitor and analyse quality metrics, trends and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations and industry developments

• System Compliance: Maintain and update the QMS in line with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949 (automotive) and VDA 6.3.
• Auditing: Plan and lead internal audits, coordinate customer audits, and manage third-party or supplier quality audits.
• Document Control: Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, engineering change orders (ECOs), and system records.
• Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): Lead root cause analysis (using tools like 5 Whys or Fishbone diagrams) for customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), support lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and train staff on quality standards.
