Job summary

BLOXWICH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. based in Seri Iskandar, Perak, is seeking a dedicated QAQC Engineer.

This full-time role focuses on implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control across projects, ensuring products meet industry standards and client expectations. You will develop and update QA systems, analyze data, handle nonconformances, conduct audits, calibrate equipment, monitor warranty claims, and ensure documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a QAQC role within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall quality assurance activities are implemented in the company
• Develop or update quality assurance system and document for existing and new product.
• To collect and analyses data related to product quality and develop appropriate corrective or preventive action.
• Handling of internal and external nonconformance including customer complaint.
• To conduct periodical IQA, Manufacturing Process Audit, Product Audit and supplier audit and report to management the results of such audits.
• To ensure all monitoring and measuring equipment is controlled and calibrated/ verified at specified interval.
• To monitor the warranty claims and develop appropriate corrective or preventive action.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs.
• Responsible to ensure all quality documents are maintained and kept up to date.
• To ensure that only acceptable good parts are supplied to customers at all times.
• Such other duty that maybe assigned.

About the role
