Job summary

Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to conduct IPQC inspections across all manufacturing facilities and ensure compliance with GMP and QA standards.

You will monitor production floor cleanliness, equipment hygiene, document results promptly, collect samples for QC lab, and report deviations to the QC Executive/HOD. Fresh graduates may apply; 1-2 years' experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of QC/testing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IPQC inspections at all manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor cleanliness of production floor, machineries and utensils.
• Monitor worker hygiene and document results promptly.
• Accurately document inspection results on time.
• Collect and send samples to QC laboratory promptly.
• Report deviations to QC Executive/HOD immediately.
• Assist in maintenance and calibration of QC instruments and gauges.
• Assist in improving safety/quality procedures within IPQC.
• Support continual improvement of Food Safety & Quality Mgmt System.

Job description

Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) inspection at all manufacturing facilities.

Monitor and ensure cleanliness at production floor, machineries, equipment and utensils.

Monitor worker's hygiene & document the results on-timely manner.

Accurately document the results of the inspections on-timely manner.

Collect and send the samples to QC laboratory on-timely manner.

Responsible in reporting immediately to QC Executive/HOD any deviation or abnormalities detected in-process and daily monitoring process in manufacturing facilities

Assist in checking and updating QC Executive on maintenance and calibration for QC measuring instruments and gauges to ensure optimum functionality.

Assist in checking and improving safety and quality control procedures within IPQC inspection.

Perform all other duties maybe assigned to support continual improvement of Food Safety and Quality Management System i.e: undertaking short-term or long-term

Education Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent.

1-2 year(s) of working experience in quality control and testing in any field is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates also can apply.

Sufficient knowledge of inspection and monitoring processes.

Must be hardworking, trustworthy, meticulous, responsible and with good team-working skills.

Can work with minimum supervision.

Must have good English written and verbal communication.
