Job summary

Dahua Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Inspector with a keen eye for detail. The role focuses on approving incoming materials and finished products, performing visual and measurement tests, and returning unacceptable items.

You will identify and feedback abnormalities promptly and maintain records for traceability. The candidate should read engineering drawings, operate measurement equipment (Pin Gauge, Caliper, Smart Scope, CMM) and be able to work on shift

Qualifications

• Certificate or higher in manufacturing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Able to use measurement equipment such as Pin Gauge, Caliper, Smart Scope and CMM.
• Able to work on shift & OT.

Responsibilities

• Approves incoming materials/finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Responsible for the identification, isolation and feedback of abnormal products to Superiors in a timely manner and keep records
• Responsible for timely feedback of quality problems found during the inspection process, and no batch abnormalities
• Documents inspection results by completing reports
• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Correct use and storage and maintenance of testing instruments
• Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This will be a great chance for candidate who is technically capable in quality assurance. This position will require a hands‑on individual with a positive minded attitude.

Responsibilities:

Approves incoming materials/finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

Responsible for the identification, isolation and feedback of abnormal products to Superiors in a timely manner and keep records

Responsible for timely feedback of quality problems found during the inspection process, and no batch abnormalities
