Job summary

ESCATEC Group is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform routine quality inspections, process audits, and in-process verification to ensure products meet specified quality requirements. You will be involved in sampling, MES entry, lot disposition, and liaising with supervision for rejects.

Ideal candidates have experience in electronics manufacturing, knowledge of inspection methods and measurement equipment, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or similar manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inspection methods, measurement equipment, and quality requirements.
• Able to work in manufacturing/production environment and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine sampling inspection according to specified sampling plans and inspection criteria.
• Conduct Part/Product Process Audit daily.
• Ensure all units are scanned into MES after sampling is done.
• Issue Lot Rescreen & CA when the lot is rejected.
• Get supervisor/engineer acknowledgement when the lot is rejected.
• Ensure lot is sorted and reworked before start inspection on resubmission lot.
• Ensure lot disposition status is correctly identified (stamped pass/fail).
• Assist senior/leader/Supervisor/technician in such duties assigned.
• Use measurement equipment carefully and correctly.
• Skill code O, T, X.
• Perform FCT Test as stated in Inspection Plan or Quality Plan.
• Perform In process buyoff as per requirement.

The Role
