Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols, and to operate CMM equipment. You will ensure incoming and outgoing parts meet quality standards using AQL methods, and prepare inspection reports for QC admin.

Conduct FAI when required and liaise with suppliers to resolve quality issues, with supplier-site buy-offs when necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience operating CMM equipment.
• Knowledge of AQL and QC inspections.
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports for QC admin.
• Conduct FAI reports when necessary.
• Liaise with suppliers on quality issues.
• Supplier site buy-off when necessary.

Able to use /operate CMM (Coordinate measuring equipment

In charge of any incoming parts and outgoing parts quality control follow AQL checking method.

Prepare outgoing inspection reports and documents for QC admin

Conduct FAI report when necessary.

Liase and followup with supplierss on the quality issue arise.
