Job summary

Cisly Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

The role supports production, testing and engineering activities, and requires meticulous inspection of products against drawings, specs and samples. Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Support production, assembly, testing and engineering activities.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
• Check products against drawings, specifications, work instructions and approved samples.
• Conduct visual, dimensional and functional testing.
• Use tools such as caliper, micrometer, multimeter, gauges and other test equipment.
• Record test and inspection results accurately.
• Identify, segregate and report defective or non-conforming products.
• Support NCR, rework, corrective action and root-cause investigation.
• Verify repaired or reworked items before release.
• Maintain proper product identification, traceability and inspection records.
• Support first article inspection and new product introduction.
• Assist engineers during equipment testing, validation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, test equipment and calibration records.
• Follow ESD, 5S, safety and quality procedures.
• Support customer or supplier quality issues when required.
• Assist with internal audit and ISO documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse on technical or quality issues.
