Job summary

LB Advanced Material Asia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finished Product Release Inspector to perform thorough ex-factory inspections of finished goods and support quality assurance processes.

You will handle reports, COAs, and assist in release decisions, while maintaining calibration of testing instruments and sample ledgers. The role requires a chemistry-focused college diploma and over one year of inspection experience, with familiarity of TiO2 product specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with chemistry focus and relevant QC exposure.
• Over 1 year of finished product inspection experience.
• Familiarity with TiO2 product specifications and QC methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-item ex-factory inspection of finished products: whiteness, moisture, particle size distribution, oil absorption, pH, etc.
• Issue finished product inspection reports and COAs, support release decisions.
• Manage finished product retention samples and sample ledgers.
• Maintain daily calibration of testing instruments (whiteness meter, particle size analyzer, etc.).
• Participate in product standard upgrades and test method validation.

Finished Product Release Inspection Position. The role involves performing full-item ex-factory inspection of finished products and supporting quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-item ex-factory inspection of finished products: whiteness, moisture, particle size distribution, oil absorption, pH, etc.
• Issue finished product inspection reports and COAs, and support quality engineers in release decisions
• Manage finished product retention samples (retain samples by batch, conduct periodic observation) and sample ledgers
• Maintain daily calibration of finished product testing instruments (whiteness meter, particle size analyzer, etc.)
• Participate in product standard upgrades and test method validation

About you

• College diploma or above, major in chemistry
• More than 1 year of finished product inspection experience
• Familiar with titanium dioxide product specifications
