Job summary

Attractive Venture (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QC inspector to oversee quality control across incoming, in-process, and finished goods. You will inspect incoming materials, raise nonconformance reports to suppliers or production, and generate reports for rejects and holds while ensuring adherence to ISO9001:2015 standards.

The role involves stamping QC passes, stamping rejections, and providing briefings on corrective actions following customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• To control quality on incoming, in-process and outgoing.
• To perform inspection on incoming goods, report to QA if there's any product quality during incoming and raise nonconformance report to supplier
• To check and make reports for in-process products according to specification.
• To conduct first sample check before allowing mass production to start.
• To conduct final in process, check before sending it to store.
• To issue nonconformance report to production department or supplier if required.
• Report to QA and inform production if found any abnormality.
• To make reports for rejected goods or material on hold.
• To stamp QC passed chops on accepted goods or QC rejected chop for rejected goods.
• To check, label and record for all the scrap products.
• To recheck all the relevant finished goods if found any abnormality on those goods.
• Provide briefing to operator on the action to be taken for any corrective actions upon customer complaint.
• To handle calibration for measuring equipment.
• To stop production or shipment whenever there is a confirmed non-conformance.
• Ensure FIFO implementation is in place
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.
