Job summary

Xinglian Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a QC Inspector to ensure product quality across incoming, in-process, and final stages. You will perform visual and measurement inspections to identify defects and ensure conformity to specifications and customer requirements.

You will record results, report non-conformities, and support continuous quality improvements while following safety and housekeeping rules. Willingness to relocate and occasional overtime or shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in QC inspection or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and able to identify product defects.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, inspection criteria, and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Disciplined, reliable, and possesses a positive working attitude.
• Good attendance and time management.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.
• Must be willing to relocate to the assigned work location.

• Work closely with production and QA/QC team members to maintain product quality and achieve quality targets.
