Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a QA Inspector to perform final inspection on finished goods per the Control Plan and OQA checklist.

You will verify packaging, labeling, and marking to meet customer specs, inspect reworked parts before reshipment, and approve releases for shipment of conforming products. Knowledge of CMM, calipers, and other measurement tools is required.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher qualification required.
• 1-2 years in manufacturing quality management.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Familiar with customer specifications and inspection standards.
• Knowledge of measurement equipment (calipers, gauges, CMM).

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection according to the Control Plan and OQA checklist.
• Verify packaging, labeling, and marking meet customer specifications.
• Ensure reworked parts are inspected before reshipment.
• Approve and release conforming products for shipment.
• Record all inspection findings accurately; ensure only compliant products are shipped.
• Initiate MDR for any non-conforming finished goods.

Job description

Hold and initiate and MDR for any non-conforming finished goods.

Record all inspection finding accurately. Ensure that only products that fully meet all requirements are allowed to be shipped.

Job Requirements: -

Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing/fabrication quality management. Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
