VChoose Sdn Bhd, a stainless steel kitchen solutions provider, is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished products. You will perform in-process and final inspections, identify non-conformities, and maintain records to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
You will also support NCR/CAR processes, assist with root cause analyses, and collaborate with Production to improve product quality on the shop floor.

What Will You Be Responsible For?
Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products to identify defects and non-conformities.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of stainless steel sinks and related products according to drawings, customer requirements, specifications, and company quality standards.
Use appropriate measuring and inspection tools to perform inspections and accurately record inspection results.
Identify, record, and segregate non-conforming products to prevent unintended use or shipment.Maintain proper inspection records, quality reports, and acceptance documents.
Monitor production quality and promptly report quality issues and potential risks to the Quality Management Manager.
Assist in preparing and implementing NCR and CAR for non-conforming products and quality issues.
Participate in root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone Diagram, and follow up on corrective actions.
Work closely with the Production Department to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
Assist in developing and improving QC procedures, inspection standards, checklists, and quality control processes.
Be willing to work hands-on on the production floor and perform regular inspection activities.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Quality Management Manager.
Who Are We Looking For?
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control or related field.
Related working experience will be an advantage
Able to work independently and take ownership of quality issues.
Basic understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and best practices
Familiar in using quality control equipment and instruments
Able to understand dimensions, tolerances, fabrication details and drawing specifications
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
Willing to work in a metal fabrication / workshop environment.
