Job summary

Ruijie Networks co., Ltd in Kedah is seeking a QA Inspector to implement the company’s quality policy and perform IPQC and OQC on the production floor, providing hands-on technical support.

You will apply inspection standards, analyze issues and assist with abnormalities, while helping optimize processes and tooling. Collaboration with audits and training of new staff is included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Quality Management.
• 2+ years in quality inspection or technical support in electronics manufacturing or datacom.
• Familiar with IPQC/OQC inspection processes; knows the 7 QC Tools and abnormal handling.
• Proficient in Excel for data statistics.
• Strong sense of responsibility, execution, teamwork and learning aptitude.

This role involves implementing the company's quality policy through technical support and on-site execution of In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) inspections.

Key responsibilities

Assist in implementing the company's quality policy; provide technical support and on-site execution of IPQC and OQC inspections

Execute inspection standards and work instructions; analyze and judge technical issues during the inspection process, and assist in handling abnormalities

Participate in inspection process optimization and tool improvement; assist in driving the technical implementation of improvement measures on the production floor

Cooperate with customer audits and ISO external audits; provide technical support and data documentation

Assist the Line Leader in conducting technical training and skills assessments for new employees; guide inspectors in standardized operations

About you

Associate degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related fields

2+ years of experience in quality inspection or technical support in electronics manufacturing or the data communication (datacom) industry

Familiar with IPQC and OQC inspection processes and standards; understanding of the 7 QC Tools and abnormal handling procedures

Basic data organization and analysis skills; proficient in using Excel for data statistics

Good hands-on capability and problem-judgment ability; capable of independently handling common technical issues

Strong sense of responsibility, good execution ability, with teamwork awareness and learning aptitude
