Job summary

ETI (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.

The role involves sampling raw materials, IPQC and finished products to ensure accurate testing and timely release to meet consumer demands. You will implement 5S, maintain standardized work instructions, and prepare all required paperwork. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a quality-related position, strong quality awareness, and the ability to read English

Qualifications

• High school education or above; Mechanical/Manufacturing/Quality fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
• Able to read and understand English inspection standards and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform In-coming, In-process, and Out-going Quality Inspection.
• Analyze and sample Raw materials, IPQC and Finished Products for accurate testing and timely release.
• Implement 5S in the workplace.
• Maintain standardized work instructions.
• Complete all assembly reporting and required paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of inspection tools/equipment.
• Coordinate with departments on Quality issues.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job description

To perform In-coming, In-process, Out-going Quality Inspection.

Responsible to perform analysis and sampling on Raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Finished Products samples to ensure accurate testing and timely release to meet consumer demands.

Implementation of 5s in workplace.

To maintain standardized work instructions.

To complete all necessary assembly reporting and required paperwork.

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of inspection tools and equipment.

To Coordinate with various departments on Quality issues.

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

High school education or above; background in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields preferred.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a quality-related position.

Strong quality awareness and problem identification skills.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to work on shifts if required.

Able to read and understand English inspection standards and work instructions.
