Job summary

Toyochem Specialty Chemical Sdn Bhd in Seremban invites applications for a QAQC Executive / Manager to lead the Technical Department, ensure quality systems, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on ISO compliance, supplier/material controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold CQE/CQM certifications with 3–5 years QA/QC experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the chemical industry.

Qualifications

• CQE and/or CQM certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience required.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Technical Department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards.
• Source and manage raw materials.
• Ensure ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 compliance in all processes.
• Handle customer service or complaints when required.
• Provide technical service as needed.
• Prepare Monthly Technical Reports and HOD Reports.
• Attend Sales & Technical meetings and address customer requests.
