• Serve as Management Representative for site-wide quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Own daily QC testing, product release decisions, and quality escalations.
• Direct root-cause analyses, risk assessments, and CAPA investigations.
• Drive audit readiness and liaison for external, regulatory, and customer audits.
• Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to optimize lab efficiency and quality culture.

• Lead, structure, and direct the overall QA/QC department, driving manpower planning, team development, and accountability to build high-performing operations.
• Serve as Management Representative for site-wide quality systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, Halal, Kosher), maintaining full regulatory compliance and continuous QMS improvement.
• Take final technical ownership of daily QC testing, product release decisions, and quality escalations while enforcing strict Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Direct root-cause analyses, risk assessments, and non-conformance investigations to execute robust, long-term Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Drive total audit readiness, serving as the key authority liaison for external, regulatory, and customer audits to guarantee seamless compliance and issue closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Supply Chain to streamline plant operations, optimize lab efficiency, and cultivate a site-wide quality culture.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 8-10 years of QA/QC experience in oleochemical manufacturing, with experience in a supervisory or managerial leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, and RSPO standards, alongside hands-on mastery of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and analytical testing.
