Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a freelance QAQC site inspector to prepare and implement PQP and ITP, and to conduct site quality inspections across C&S, M&E, Electrical, and Landscape trades. You will coordinate RFIs and NCRs, and ensure work aligns with approved method statements and drawings.

Responsibilities include supporting handover documentation, maintaining quality records, and assisting the site team with quality-related matters.

Qualifications

• Proven QAQC experience in construction and/or landscape works.
• Familiar with site inspection procedures, RFI process, and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and firm on quality standards.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Available for site-based work on freelance / contract basis.
