Job summary

Radical Internetwork in Malaysia requires a proactive QA/QC Site Supervisor to oversee the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specifications. You will read drawings, review submittals, and supervise site inspections to uphold quality on site.

You will coordinate with subcontractors for approvals, issue NCRs/CARs, and maintain comprehensive QAQC records while supporting audits and guiding the site team to meet quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction projects.
• At least 1 year in QA/QC or site supervision.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and ITPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee QMS compliance with ISO standards and project specs.
• Oversee site inspections and adherence to PQP and ITPs.
• Review submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for approvals and inspections.
• Provide NCRs/CARs and ensure closure of all NCRs.
• Maintain QAQC documentation and periodic inspection reports.
• Assist audits and provide technical guidance to site team.

• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards, applicable industry codes, regulatory requirements, and project-specific specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, relevant codes, and local authority regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate all site inspection activities, ensuring adherence to the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct routine and random inspections of construction works in accordance with quality requirements.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance with project specifications.
• Inspect incoming materials upon arrival and verify specifications prior to installation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for approvals and inspections.
• Identify and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and ensure timely investigation, resolution, and closure of all NCRs.
• Maintain comprehensive QAQC documentation, records, and periodic inspection reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and supervisors to ensure full compliance with quality requirements and project standards.
• Participate in both internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Prepare and submit periodic quality reports to the QAQC Engineer for review and follow-up.

OTHERS

• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments or responsibilities as directed by management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and statutory regulations.
• Stay up to date with the latest quality standards, technologies, and industry best practices.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in a QAQC or site supervisory role.
• Experience in building, or industrial construction projects preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and TIA-568B standard.
• Good understanding of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and standards.
