Overview

We are currently looking for a QAQC Engineer for a leading player in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 20 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

Location: Selangor

Responsibilities

• Improve internal customer satisfaction and enhance service awareness.
• Develop departmental plans based on the company’s annual and production plans, and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (e.g., ISO standards).
• Ensure proper documentation for quality reports, CAPA, NCR, and customer complaints.
• Schedule and perform inspection work based on task orders, delivery schedules, and actual arrivals.
• Collaborate with the Technical Department to define quality standards for incoming materials and establish acceptance criteria.
• Organize and supervise the implementation of 6S management within the department.
• Attend technical briefings from the Technical Department to identify key acceptance points for (semi-)finished products.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
• Participate in training sessions on quality management system standards.

Experience / Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience in injection molding processes is a strong plus.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality management system standards.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
