Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC focused professional for site inspections, testing, and verification in line with ITPs, method statements, drawings and specs. You will maintain QA/QC records, monitor workmanship and materials, and coordinate with site engineers and consultants to ensure client requirements are met.
You will also review submittals and initiate corrective actions while supporting audits and inspections.

Attend for inspections, testing, and verification of site works in accordance with approved ITPs, method statements, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, test results, NCRs, and quality logs.
Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation quality to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
Coordinate with site engineer and consultants for inspections and quality-related issues.
Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and ensure they comply with project specifications.
Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance.
Support internal and external audits; maintain readiness for client/consultant inspections.
Manage, control, and maintain all project documentation including drawings, correspondences, submittals, reports, RFI, samples, and quality documents.
Ensure proper numbering, filing, archiving, tracking, and retrieval of documents in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain and update document registers (Cloud, ACC, etc).
Distribute documents to relevant project teams and ensure they always have the latest revisions.
Track submission and approval status for all technical documents.
Provide administrative support for project documentation.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in QAQC and/or document control in the construction industry.
Experience in M&E, industrial, or building projects is an added advantage.
Knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, method statements, ISO standards, and construction specifications.
Familiar with material testing, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
Proficient in document management systems (e.g. ACC) and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and document traceability.
Good communication skills; able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Highly organized and meticulous.

Based at project site and/or office depending on project requirements.
