Job summary

Rapid Growth Technology Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to support laboratory activities, measurements, and reliability tests to ensure product quality meets standards. You will assist in documenting results and coordinating with related departments.

Responsibilities include calibration support, 5S housekeeping, and preparing training materials in a clean, safe lab environment. ISO 9001/13485 knowledge and meticulous testing are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM and/or 3 years related experience.
• Degree in related field and/or 2 years related experience.
• Able to use measuring equipment (CMM, VMM, Push Pull Gauge).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO13485 Medical Device Standards.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Capable to perform product reliability testing and measurements.
• Calibration of measuring equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist superior in measurement on products and reliability tests.
• Communicate test results with interrelated departments.
• Ensure test documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist external calibration activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Document calibration activities.
• Clean and calibrate lab equipment; maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Prepare internal training materials.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping.
• Conduct FAI measurement for NPI components, new tooling, transferred tools or new suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Assist superior for laboratory activities

Work with interrelated department to perform measurement on products, reliability test, and conducting experiments or other related tests to ensure product quality meets standards and requirements.

Ensure test documentation is complete and accurate.

Assist superior to follow up with interrelated department and other personnel to communicate test results.

Assist superior for external calibration activities and make sure the calibration activities comply to the standards.

Documentation of calibration activities.

Clean, maintain and calibrate lab equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Assist superior to prepare internal training materials.

Responsible for 5s housekeeping activities.

To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM Mitutoyo, VMM Zeiss, 'height gauges', micro-meters and any other inspection gauges.

Conduct measurement FAI inspection for NPI component, new tooling, transferred tool or new supplier.

Participate in ISO 9001/13485 internal audit

Any others duties assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Minimum SPM and/or 3 years working experience. @ Minimum Degree in related field and/or 2 years working experience.

Able to use measuring equipment (CMM,VMM, Push Pull Gauge)

Capable to perform product reliability test, measurements and other test.

Strong knowledge or certified to perform measuring equipment calibration.

Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO13485 Medical Device Standard

Good computer knowledge
