Job summary

Green Cubes Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Technician to join its Quality Assurance & Control team at our Petaling Jaya facility. You will perform inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure products meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).

1–2 years in quality, reading drawings, and using calipers and micrometers. The role emphasizes documentation, calibration, and First Article Inspection, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering Electrical / Mechanical/ other equivalent Academic Qualification.
• At least 1-2 years experience in Quality section - First Article Inspection Verification activity.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and inspection standards.
• Familiar with measuring equipment -Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
• Familiar with raw part from commodity PCBA/Metal/Plastic/Packaging .
• Knowledge of IS0 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 2768 Dimensional Tolerance.
• Knowledge on IPC for PCBA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on basic Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• To perform visual ,dimension and functional test on raw part level.
• To ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and functional.
• To assist in the preparation of First Article Inspection Template, Incoming Quality Check Inspection Guide and Inspection Checklist.
• To identify and perform record for non-conforming material for Return to Vendor process.
• To support /guide inspector on proper inspection techniques, visual criteria, and customer requirements.
• To assist in quality control document activities including creation,revision and archival.
• To track part number,quantity, and location for First Article Inspection and assist in stock take for raw part under First Article Inspection Qualification.
• To perform First Article Inspection report by comparing actual raw part versus drawing and other technical requirement documents.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance & Control team on a full-time basis at our facility in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our product quality standards. The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and evaluations of products and processes to ensure they comply with quality specifications and regulatory requirements. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering outstanding products and continuous operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
