Job summary

Calctronic Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Batu Kawan plant is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support measurement activities, perform tests on installations, and ensure devices meet required specifications.

You will record QA data, organize results, calibrate calipers to ISO13385-1, verify pin gauges, and generate comprehensive reports to support ongoing product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA measuring tools and calibration.
• Knowledge of wiring, PLC, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with electrical diagrams or schematics.
• Soldering experience is advantageous.
• Advantage: CMM/VMM measurement programs.

Responsibilities

• Test installations and record QA data.
• Summarize test results and prepare reports.
• Calibrate calipers and verify measurements.
• Perform internal verification for pin gauges.
• Generate calibration and verification reports.

Job description

Able to develop measurement programs using CMM machines such as Hexagon, Zeiss, or Mitutoyo.

Testing and inspecting installations to ensure functionality

Record QA test data and observations.

Organize and summarize test results and prepare related reports including statistical studies to assess cable conformance to requirements.

Conduct calibration for all registered digital calipers traceability to international standard ISO13385-1

Conduct internal verification for all registered pin gauges by using calibrated micrometer

Generate and maintain calibration and verification reports

Skill

Knowledge in handling QA measuring instruments, e.g. caliper

Strong knowledge in wiring, PLC and troubleshooting

Knowledge in electrical diagram or schematic

Experience in manual soldering are advantage

Advantage: CMM / VMM measurement program skill
